Hi all,

I have an error during initialize the InstallShield. The error message is..

An installation support file
'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\{14ec60...........ecf5}\isrtc54b.rra'
could not be installed.

Access is denied.

This error not only happen on one computer, but also it happen on every
computer.
All computer can't install my software by this error.
