ikernel failed to initialize.

We have made a kit of IS 6.03 that, when run on Windows 2000 Advanced Server
and on some computers having Windows2000 Professional, one of the following
messages shows up:
- Error number 0x80040706 - "Object reference not set"
or
- iKernel.exe could not be installed (IKernel.exe could not be copied to
c:\Program Files\Common Files\..\Intel32. Make sure that you have the
appropiate
privileges to copy to this folder. 0x20)
On these computers, I used the administrator password and this message is
displayed before the first instruction in OnBegin() and I cannot install IS
on these computers either.
