We have a one-click install that when served from IIS 5.0, the
installer installs the files correctly.

If the files are served from either Tomcat 4.0 or IIS w/ JRun
3.1.26414, the installer will not install the files correctly.
Instead, it displays an error message that the web server returned a
404 status (which is file not found). The log files for Tomcat and
JRun both show a request for cab files that do not exists. When the
files were served through IIS 5.0 (only), the installer does not make
the request for non-existent cab files.
Thoughts?
