Digital Signatures for OCI using IS Pro 6.31

I am attempting to sign a one click installation using InstallShiled
6.31 and a verisign digital ID. The media builds correctly, and IS
appears to sign my installation. The problem is, the setup only works
on the computer I have IS 6.31 installed on, on any others it tells me
the digital signature is invalid. I have followed the instructions at
http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?pcode=ALL&articleid=Q105927
and it has not helped.
