Incorrect Version of MDAC 2.5

It seems that the version of MDAC 2.5 that I just downloaded for IS 6.31 is
the base 2.5 (ver 2.50.4403.12) not the SP2 (ver 2.52.6019.2) as it
advertises.

Can I just replace the mdac_type.exe file in the objects\mdac25\data\Eng
Mdac directory and have it work right?
