Installation project - One Exe file

I have created my project.

However, its created. Its saves a lot of files (cab, exe and others) in
many files and subfolders.

I want to create a single install file. A single installation EXE file.
Can anyone help??

I am using ISheild 6.2. By the way. Does the install work for XP under
this?
