0x80040706 Error (Object reference not set) with silent install

I've a problem with my setup project that it fails with error
0x80040706 (Object reference not set) when silent install is
specified, using msiexec with "/q" option, knowing that currently the
function OnMsiSilentInstall does nothing but showing a messagebox.
Running the setup from setup.exe runs fine and with no errors. I'm
using Installshield developer 7.02. Can anybody help me solving this
problem.
