Upgrading issues if Install location changed.

Hi all,

I am facing one issue while upgrading my product. for version 1.1. I
was creating my product's folder in Program files.
This version has been already released. Now for version 1.2, I want to
create product's folder in App data instead of Program files.
But whenver I am trying to upgrade setup is creating folder in Program
files. I think it is refering the old .msi( 1.1 ) file which is being
cached by windows. I could not find any workaroun for this.
Can you please suggest some workaround?
