What is the best software to distribute my application?

I want to distribute my app, so i need a software to make a setup
installer.
My app contain an exe file with some dlls to register.

Because my app should be installed from a web site, the software must
highly compress the files and make a "one-click" (whitout many
transition windows) simplified process installation.

Does anyone know the best software to do that?
or, can anyone give me a list of software names that can perform this
operation?
