installing VBA macros and buttons

We are creating a client application for Microsoft Project and need not
only to install a couple VBA modules in MS Project , but also to move
them into the global template of Project and to place a calling button
on the toolbar. I doubt that there is any way to call Project via the
Installshield installer and to manipulate it using ActiveX. Anyone have
any information about how to install VBA components into Microsoft
applications, or any information about anyone who might KNOW how to do
that?
