Uninstall is not deleting files and folders

I am using InstallShield 5.51
When I run the uninstaller for my app only the reg keys and program group
icons are removed. When I open the Uninst.isu file it shows that the folders
have been logged, however they are not deleted. The Uninst.isu is the only
file deleted from the target directory.

I figured it out, I was calling <WINDIR>\Uninst.exe instead of
<WINDIR>\IsUninst.exe.
