Failure Uninstalling Service when Services Viewer is Open

Hi all,

I am running a IS5 setup on Windows 2000, and have found that if I stop my
application's service, and then try to uninstall the app with the Services
window still open, the service will not be uninstalled but instead be set to
"Disabled". The service is then only removed after a reboot.

Is there any way I could prompt the user to reboot after uninstallation?
