Send Media To Wizard is sketchy

I've seen the same thing happen with IS 5.5 Professional. However, I
haven't been able to come up with a reproducable scenario.

Is there any benefit to using the Send Media To Wizard instead of just
copying the disk1 directory the location that I want to?
