Hi,
Some costumers (0.2%) couldn't do the installation of our because they
have this message:

Setup unable to find installation languages in d:\setup.lid file
error 105

This is the setup.lid content:
[Languages]
key0=0010
Default=0010
count=1

The installation is in one language only and I think that this is not
the reason because the 99.8% of installations is OK.
So is something with the users hardware or software.

Do someone know something about this?
Bye
Gianluca

Are you installing from a CD and your setup program is in a directory with a
long path name on that CD?
Or over a network?

Hmm, strange.
Did you verify that the CD is not damaged?

The customer could either try to install the cd on a different machine, or
send it to you to get a replacement (in case the cd is damaged).

This is what I asked for to our purchaser. I'm waiting for a cd-rom or
for the result of an installation on a different machine. Meanwhile
I'm looking for a solution, if is a my error.
