Please help!
How do I programmatically detect available ports (COM1, COM2, ...) on
Windows 2000 or NT? I need to know the port names so that I can
attach/associate a modem to a port.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello,
There isn't anything built into InstallShield to do this.
You would have to call a windows API to accomplish this.
