This problems only occurs on Windows 2000.

If an entire program directory is deleted, then the install run, when it
gets to AddFolderIcon (with the REPLACE option), we get an error (from
the OS, not from InstallShield) saying the folder is no longer
accessible or has been moved. Since I am replacing this shortcut I the
error is unimportant and confusing (to our customers).

How can I make this go way - I already explained to our Q.A. people that
they should be using the uninstaller instead of nuking the directory.

Hi there,

I would explain that every operator should be trained to operate a machine
BEFORE getting access to it and forgot about this. What is going to happen
if a use deletes all (or a part of) system .DLLs? Who's going to be
responsible
for that?

This problem is only occuring on Windows 2000, which has sufficient protection
to keep the average idiot from hosing the OS. The error message is just an
annoyance, but I would like to surpress it if at all possible.
