how to localize product name in IS 11.5

I need create a install package which support multi-language setup by
installshield 11.5 primer.
after add the language and the translated string table of each
language, most of localized string can be correctly display in
correspond language installation process except the PRODUCT NAME, the
product name always displayed with the string defined in default
language's string table instead of the string in correspond language.

I only set ID_PRODUCT_NAME to ID_STRING_XXX in property with localize
support,and it displayed with ##ID_STRING_XXX## in the general
info - prodcut name, is it right?

if I directly set the pruduct name with a localized string (not use ID
in string tables), it can displayed with that localized string.

my question is
1. does IS 11.5 primer support localized PRODUCT NAME?
2. if it supports, what shall I do to fix this?
if it does not support, is there any workaround can help me
implement the localized product name?
