Startup script & installshield

Hello gurus,

I am having a problem with running an installshield (version 5)
installation in the "startup script" of windows 2003.

In the batch file that runs while the windows starting up, I run the
installation
in the silent mode:

setup.exe /s /f1"file_name.iss"

the log of the installshield should appear in the direcotry of ISS file
but it is not created for some reason.
When I try to run the batch file within the cmd (when the user is
logged in), it works perfectly.

My question is:
Is there a way to run an "installshield installation" within the
windows startup script ?
