Install hangs up

I use IIS and I want to enable a web installation with InstallFromTheWeb.

It downloads all the files and when it tries to execute the Setup.exe, it
never ends.
I tried that with 3 different applications and it did the same thing.
Does someone knows this problem and how to solve it.
