How to get evaluation of Installshield 5.1

I would like to learn how to use installshield using the "Bulletproof
installs" book (the only Installshield book in the market).
Unfortunately that uses IS 5.1 which is not available for download - how can
I get an evaluation version of 5.1?
The UK office of Installshield was not as helpful as I would hope: they said
that I can't speak to anybody but I have to email the presales people and
somebody will get back to you. Needless to say, I emailed them and nobody
got back to me (maybe it's because I'm a contractor?).
I live in London so if anybody has a URL where I can download the evaluation
version I'd be very grateful (I don't want to call a US number).

Did you not get a CD with that book? I believe that the Eval Edition of IS
5.1 Professional is on that CD. It came with my copy of that book.
If you didn't receive the CD, you should probably talk with the people who
sold you the book.
I don't want to discourage you from learning InstallShield, but our product
has changed significantly from version 5.1 to 6.2 and you may want to
download the evaluation edition of IS 6.2. Remember, our evaluation editions

professional will be more than happy to help you deal with the differences
between the products.
