I am facing the same problem.
My pc which is NT Server sp5 & IE 5.0 shows the right size
of X component ( 18MB), but shows 50MB for the same
on a different NT sp5 IE5.5
So i don't think this has anything to do with the service pack or IE.
Is there any answer for this ??
Any suggestions would be appriciated.

Thanks

Are the file systems the same type (NTFS or FAT) on these machines?
