How to control a filesplit

Hi!

I have a app. 1.3 Gb project and I want the following cd layout:

cd1
setup files 65 Mb (always installed on harddisc)
"part 1" 140 Mb (uncompressed, potentially installed on harddisc)

cd2
part "2" 600 mb (uncompressed, potentially installed on harddisc)

cd3
part "3" 445 (uncompressed, potentially installed on harddisc)

The enduser should be able to choose from 2 setuptypes:
1: just the setup files, the rest on cds (the enduser has to swap cds at
certain points)
2. install everything

How can accomplish this?

How can I gain complete control over where a "filesplit" ocurrs. The "size
resevered" (custom Disk Size) option does not seem to be the way to go?

I use Installshield 5.5
