Lag when installing with billboards

For lack of a better word now that I have added 5 billboards to my set-up
script (5 X 778kb) it get some serious lag. When the installer is
initializing and it reaches 99% is just sits there for 20 to 30 seconds at
least, anyone know why, or better yet how to fix it.
