Edit dialog box problems

I am using InstallShield 5.0. I try to create a dialog box with four
single-line edit fields and the name displayed to the left of the edit field
should be up to 20 characters. I seem to have trouble to find existing
functions to do that. Can I make a such dialog box using 5.0 or an upgrade
is needed?
