Custom Dialog Boxes with different languages

Hello everyone,
This is my first attempt to create a Custom Dialog Box!I am trying to
create Custom Dialog Boxes for say 9 languages.The basic layout of which
will be the same.The dialog box will have the string-"Do you want to
read the Release Notes"(in different languages) and then a "Yes" and
"No" button.The "Yes" and "No' should also be different for the various
languages.
I guess I need some input right from the basics so if anyone can help me
that would be great.
