Where can I get uninst.exe version 3.00.100 or newer?

I need to use uninst.exe version 3.00.100 or later. I'm using ISWI to
build my current installer, and I need to upgrade the uninst.exe engine
to get some uninstall features to work properly if a user is upgrading
his software.

I can't find uninst.exe on the installshield web site.
Any ideas?

Perhaps I misunderstand... but, if you're trying to have ISWI uninstall
a previous InstallShield (not ISWI) installation, why don't you write a
script in the ISWI installation to pull the previous version's
UninstallString from the Registry
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Microsoft\....\Uninstall) and then
launch it as is?
