I am having a serious problem with installation programs I am creating using
ISE 3.03.

My application is a VC 6.0 ( SP5) written entirely with MFC, no external
files, OCX's, etc. I am creating the install program on a Win 2000 ( SP2 )
platform. The program works fine on Win 2000, Win 98 Version 2, but causes
Win 95, Win 98 & Win NT programs to fail, specifically to not reboot
properly. The problem seems to be related to the browseui.dll.

Any suggestions? Work Arounds?

Hey Phil,
it seems to be a general problem. I created an install-programm of a VB6
application with ISE3.04 ( German version) an WIN 2000 System. The install
Programm was running on WIN2000, WIN98 SE and WIN ME but I'still searching
the problems on WIN NT and WIN 95. WIN 98 I'vent tried jet. Do you have some
information yet. Hope you will inform me if there ist anyone faster than me
solving this
problem.
Thanks
Sonja Stephan
