When does OnUninstall event is called?

Hey,

Does anyone know how to make the OnUninstall event in a InstallScript MSI
project be called in an InstallScript installation sequence?

I'm having problems running an uninstall to uninstall some services, and I
call the service stop and remove methods in the OnUninstall event/function.

I'm using InstallShield 11.5
