Blank Error Popup while installing

Hi,

I have created the application using Installshield 10.5. Now when I try
to install the product I get a blank error pop up with three buttons :
Abort, Retry, Ignore. Press any one of them and installation is
succesfull. I dont know how to resolve this.

Pls help
