Hi all,

I'm using installshield 9.0. I was able to build for all languages on
Win2k with Sp4 and WinXP with Sp1. For some reason it's not building
on WinXP with Sp2. It only builds for english. All the other
languages did not get built. Does anyone have any ideas why that is?
