Has anyone posted about the fundamental differences with the installesd process compared to 10.8?
Are there any?
Prob spending the weekend looking at Per's autodmg code...
Has anyone posted about the fundamental differences with the installesd process compared to 10.8?
By process meant just the order of mounting and install the manual method does as per http://www.afp548.com/2012/05/30/understanding-installesd-recovery-hd-internet-recovery/
So assuming its the same just a different file structure as you mentioned?
Cool, am going to miss instadmg but autodmg looking promising.
Do prefer the CLI method though as I had a nice scheduled launch daemon setup with updates etc etc

Actually Per if you are listening... Is it your intention to expose a binary in your app so that it can be passed some arguments on the cli to provide some automation options?
Haha you beat me to the punch. Thanks
Awesome
