Hi,

After an image, using Disk Utility, everything works great except for one thing; the user cant unmount a volume, any volume, usb stick, harddrive, CD, DVD etc. The user doesn't have Admin permissions. I have tried to locate this for a year now but i cant figure it out.

Anyone seen this? What am i doing wrong!?!?

Help!

p

Hey there,
I can think of no cause-effect reason you'd experience a standard users ability to mount, but not unmount, removable media. If you'd like, we can attempt to troubleshoot your build train on ##osx-server IRC, but it most likely is not instaDMG related, so I'm not sure if you'd get further help from this(quiet) list. Good luck,
Allister
