I have no way in knowing at priori if an individal is feasible or not until the simulation is run.
Is there a way to discard that individual that is found to be unfeasible?

Well, if you set the fitness of such an individual to be a maximum (if minimizing) or minimum (if maximizing) value, then they'll be eliminated in the next generation because they'll have the worst possible fitness. That's the way I typically handle such cases.
