Dear Team Inspired Departures:

Ed and I are hoping we can meet either tomorrow (if that works for you, as it's short notice) or early next week to discuss the internal relationships (ownership rights, responsibilities), as that will be our last chance to get information for your preformation agreement before the Thanksgiving break.  We will also give you a list of questions you may wish to discuss with your teammates before the meeting.

I will also give you and go over the trademark memo with you at our next meeting.
