Hi Team,

It would be useful if you could send Ed and I a quick summary of your thoughts considering your internal entity relationships.  (I recopied the email below.)  We can go over this in more detail during a meeting later this week.  Even if you're not entirely sure how you will divide ownership yet, it would help if you could forward us some general thoughts so we can better focus our meeting.

Last Email:

Our goal during these meetings is to get a sense of how you would like your internal entity relationships to work.  Specifically, the rights
and responsibilities of each of you, as well as ownership rights. We'll also talk about choice of entity, as well as possible tax implications.  It might help if you chatted informally about those
ideas.  We'll discuss this in more detail during the meeting.
