Shame is a universal experience and impacts many areas of our lives. In this experiential weekend workshop we will explore the effects of shame on your life by delving deeply into Dr. Brené Brown’s profound and transformative work. Learn how to become shame resilient. Recognize and transform feelings of unworthiness. Engender deeper authenticity and connection, and take home practical skills you can use in any area of your life.

• The daily agenda includes lecture, discussion and reflection time, paired and individual exercises, and short DVD sessions. Please bring a notebook and pens, and wear comfortable clothing.
• We will be at a private residence with kitchen facilities. You may bring food for both days. Eastlake Ave. is just down the street, if you choose to go out for lunch. (We suggest you call ahead to your restaurant, if you choose to leave.)
