Do you embrace your vulnerabilities and imperfections? Do you engage in life from a place of authenticity and worthiness? Are you willing to let go of who you think you should be in order to be who you are? In this workshop you will learn how to cultivate the courage, compassion, and connection that you deserve and to recognize that you are worthy of love, belonging, and joy!

Shame is a universal experience and impacts many areas of our lives. In this experiential weekend workshop we will explore the effects of shame on your life by delving deeply into Dr. Brené Brown’s profound and transformative work. Learn how to become shame resilient. Recognize and transform feelings of unworthiness. Engender deeper authenticity and connection, and take home practical skills you can use in any area of your life.

Brené Brown, Ph.D., is research professor at the University of Houston, Graduate College of Social Work.View her TED Talk on “The power of vulnerability” here: http://bit.ly/fgr5V7
