What is more beautiful?
What is more beautiful then the revelation of Christ in you? Nothing can be compare to who Christ is in you the hope of glory. There are so many people who are longing for the word of grace and who would like to come to the understanding and knowledge of the grace of God and who they are in Christ and where they originated from.
He must be our source – In Him we live, move in this world and have our being.
We must be careful not to go the same way as some of the churches, instead of taking the good news to the world they invite the world to the church and been lead astray with man-made rules, human thinking and ability to gain favor with God. (This is not from Christ) and start to share the old with the new. We must not become a law and grace mixture website. We are not people pleasers.
This is why I am not at all modest or embarrassed about the good news of Christ, I make no apologies. The powerful rescuing act of God becomes evident in everyone who believes. (we are the product of His faith). This salvation which was first declare to the Jews is now extended to the Greeks on equal term – Mirror Translation (Rom.1)
The same mass of mankind that was once reduce to an inferior identity through their sin, is now gifted with acquittal on the basis of the ransom paid by Jesus Christ for their liberation. Jesus is the public exhibition of Gods mercy. His blood persuades mankind that God has dealt with the historic record of their sin
He has done it in such a way that His own justice is satisfied. All along God refuse to let go of man – Mirror Translation (Rom.3)
If one died for ALL, then we have ALL died to the old life we used to live. For the old life is gone. A new life has begun, ALL were reconciled to God.
Why must we take all that He has done for us on the cross and dump it in the trash bin? Paul said I once thought these things were so very important, (Achieving righteousness by the law, trusting in human performance, and confidence in his own efforts) but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done.
Examine yourself to see if your faith is really genuine. Test yourself. If you cannot tell that Christ Jesus is in you, it means you have failed the test. I hope you recognize that we have passed the test and are approved by God
The time has come where we must stop mixing the old with the new.
We must continue to build our lives on the foundation of our holy faith. We new these things because God has revealed them to us by His Spirit, and His Spirit searches out everything and show us even God’s deepest secrets and God has given us His Spirit so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us
John 17 Jesus prays for oneness, that’s why we must be careful not to speak the things that could bring division amongst us. But only the word of God that builds Christ in us.
Be on guard. Stand true to what you believe. Be courageous. Be strong. And every thing you do must be done with love.
I spend a whole month at a word school in Hermanus and no time was dedicated to worldly thing, and the few words that were spoken were just to warn you. The teachings were, to mention a few, all about God’s grace, Christ in you, who we are in Christ, what God has done for us, you are His image and likeness, the finish work, in God’s rest – Love and a friendly positive “God-believes-in-you” environment and you know where you originated from. For the first time all negative thinking was remove from my mind and I could see my body and mind blameless and perfect in Christ before God and as a Temple of God’s Spirit – WO! – But we can understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ
For God who said let there be light in the darkness, has made us understand that this light is the brightness of the glory of God that is seen in the face of Jesus Christ. That same light shine within us, and radiant to all.
Why can we not start a new gracerevelution where our focus, discussions and questions move around our origin, who we are in Christ, the finish work of Christ, the Cross, the grace of God, the perfect work of God and many more?
Let the words of Christ, in all their richness, live in your hearts and make you wise. Use his words to teach and counsel each other. And what ever you do or say let it be as a representative of the Lord Jesus, as Paul says He is the one whom Timothy, Silas and I preach
So that we can bring all people to the understanding and knowledge of who we are in Christ and where we originated from. The Rock from which you were hewn and the quarry from which you were mined
See all worldly things as dung and avoid them as far as possible.
