Hi all,

we finally managed to tag deegree 3.0-pre9. I suggest to switch the
dependencies in the inspire-foss poms to 3.0-pre9 (instead of using
3.0-SNAPSHOT). This way, we will have a defined build without regressions.

Regressions may be expected in the next days, as some changes to the WFS
config / feature store config will be performed. 3.0-rc1 will be ready
soon (probably next week) and introduce the overhauled configuration.
