deegree 3 webapp updated to 3.0-rc2

we finally managed to get 3.0-rc2 out of the door.
Besides updates of the configuration files, you may notice the following
changes:
- Bugfixes (hopefully no new bugs introduced...)
- New version of administration GUI with support for logging in. Default
password is 'deegree' (can be changed in
WEB-INF/workspace/manager/password.txt). The administration GUI is
currently being re-styled, so please excuse layout problems.
- New version of Generic-client that should work with Safari, Chrome, etc.
Still needs some love though (e.g. request sorting) ...
- Updated the WMS layers and styles to use some official INSPIRE styles (I
hope this is ok with everybody)
- Removed all WPS-related artefacts (requests, etc)

That is great news ! The more so since I have just tested the entire
chain using 3.0-rc2:
- FSLoader loading all ok (works with new config)
- WFS, startup and requests ok, responses validate (also "nilreason
issues" now fixed)
Haven't checked on the GUI deeply but the OGC client is ok still and
nice to be able to download the XML for e.g. validation. We need to
update the demo config as well I think:
