Hi,
I haven't been able to figure it out yet, but has anyone else used
Inspekt with unicode(utf-8) input?
Some of the functions like the preg* series are said to be dangerous
(http://www.phpwact.org/php/i18n/utf-8 ), and the ctype_* stuff seems
to depend on setlocale, which also worries me.
