ASU Formula Racing Team is now recruiting it’s Organizers in the Following Positions
Public Relation and Fundraising & Publications and Media
Job Description:
Public Relation and Fund Raising:
1- Prepare benefit packages for different Sponsors Categories.
2- Conduct business meetings with sponsors
3- link between the Technical O/P and market needs
4- Follow up with sponsors deals
5- Get media coverage for our progress and output.
6- Grab the opportunities where we could market for the team’s concepts
Publications and Media:
1- will be responsible for sustaining the team's image and present it's O/P to the public through designs
2- Design the team theme
3- Take the lead of marketing and publicizing for the project idea through social media networks, videos and printouts
4- Document our journey through photography and documentary videos
5- Help in presenting the team’s technical O/P in Formula Student Competition
Posts Requirements:
1- Experience in the applied field
2- Open minded and keen to find alternatives
3- A good Presenter and team player "For Public Relations amd Fund Raising Team"
4- Marketing Background "For Public Relations amd Fund Raising Team"
5- Writing Skills - Articles and Reviews- "For Public Relations amd Fund Raising Team"
6- Artistic Sense for designs “for Publication and Media Team”
7- Expert in Designing program “Photoshop or Illustrator” or Video Editing Program “for Publication and Media Team”
