In this release:

- Ability to generate tags of various lengths (new "TagLength" input
parameter)
- Ability to generate tags and not search the database ("TagsOnly"
input parameter)
- Many compiler warnings have been fixed
- A bug reporting protein names for unrestrictive 1-modification search
was fixed
- System test has been extended to cover more features

A question relevant to these changes is: What is the correct number of
tags and length of tags? The default of 25 tags of length 3 works well
in general. Testing several combinations is "left as an exercise for
the reader" for now; an official comparison is planned.
