to Insomnia Solution
Insomnia can cause a great deal of upset and frustration, not just for
the person who suffers from it but for all the people around that
person that have to put up with the bad moods and also depression
which can follow extreme insomnia! So what causes insomnia? well lets
find out what some of the common insomnia causes are,and hopefully we
will have a clearer understanding of what can cause insomnia.
1) Stress.Mental stress would be one of the most common insomnia
causes these days, as jobs get more stressful by the day and towns get
bigger and bigger, there is a lot to cope with in this modern life
which in turn can cause stress and then also cause lack of sleep which
then can turn into full blown insomnia!
The only thing to prevent this is when you get home from work is to
switch off totally from work,i mean what is the point in worrying now
when you do not have work until the morning, i know it can be
difficult but what you need to do is to try and relax somehow, either
by taking a nice long relaxing bath just before you retire for bed or
drink a warm mug of milk while reading a book, anything to get your
mind into a relaxing state where the worries of work and life in
general just melt away.
2) Fear.this can also include work, especially if you are subject to
bullying in the workplace. Or maybe it's fear of starting a new job?
Luckily this insomnia cause will usually disappear once you have got
over your fear, like after you have completed your first day at work
for example.Try not to get to worked up and realize that certain fears
are natural and are going to occur no matter what you do and they
usually disappear just as quick as well.
3) Anxiety.Anxiety that causes insomnia is a little harder to get rid
of then just a general fear because sometimes anxiety is more deep
rooted than fear.A little anxiety is not any thing to be worried about
as everyone will have a little anxiety about something, but it is when
it starts to affect your everyday life that it can be more
serious, especially if it's affecting your sleep! The best thing to do
in this case is to seek medical advice to try and sort out why you are
anxious in the first place and then over time be able to resolve it
and then hopefully you will be able to sleep just fine.
4) Medication.Medication insomnia causes can be common because at the
end of the day all medications tend to have a lot of side affects and
one of them being sleep disturbance or insomnia, depending on whether
you have to have the medication long term or short term,i would just
go back to the doctor that prescribed the medication and ask to be put
on an alternative medication and see how that goes.
So we have seen the four most common insomnia causes,if you think that
one of these insomnia causes is what is affecting your sleeping
patterns then you really need to take the appropriate action to deal
with it and put a stop to it all
together.
