Help wit IPP

Hi
What is a .param file and where can I get it from
Also does anyone have the problem when using Mascot as the database. I
cant seem to acces the server.

A .param file is usually associated with Sequest searches, it tells IPP what
settings you used in Sequest (since it's used to tell Sequest what settings
you want for the search).

Can you be more specific about problems you might be having with Mascot?
Could be a networking issue, are you able to use the Mascot web interface
from the computer running IPP? Are you getting any error messages from IPP?
