Leakages : B501 to B401, B401 to B301

Dear Ajay

We have been in prolonged WhatsApp chat group with owners of B301 (Mr Unmesh Kulkarni), B501 (Mr. Anshuman Asthana), myself (B401) since March so that the stack (Bx01) is on the same page with regards to the subject matter.

Key issues :

A-seepage in master bedroom from B401 to B301 - Mr Kulkarni B301 resident has been asking this for some time

B-seepage from B501 to BB401 - tenants B401 been raising this issue for some time (magnitude of the seepage higher)

Assessment:

-Per assessments by experts / contractors, repair work is needed in both B501 and B401.

Solution: 

-Given the challenges raised by Mr Kulkarni over time- we have agreed to go with a contractor to the satisfaction of Mr. Kulkarni B301. (Notably the tenants for B401 have been raising similar issues to me from B501)

-Mr Kulkarni is satisfied by the contractor you/SILA have recommended - P.S.Civil

-I have been requesting for the past month to get the contractor to quote - and get the work done in the week 13 June - 20 June, you have agreed to follow up with the contractor.

-I have re-iterated a few times - this date works for the tenant with the young family as they are travelling, and i will arrange for supervision of the work via my family in Mumbai during this period to get the work done

- please assist with the completion of the work to Mr. Kulkarni’s satisfaction from 13-20 June - else we may be in a situation with forthcoming rains, we may not be able to do the work for months / in 2026.

Likewise - request Mr Anshuman’s support for repair from B501 to B401 also.

Appreciate your urgent attention, and support - Ajay on this matter.  Myself and Mr. Asthana live overseas and are unable to follow up with the contractor in Mumbai and request support from you.

Can I request your and Mr. Kulkarni’s help to speed this matter up.
