Changes in Podium Parking Space for Badminton Court Construction - Current Parking allotted No : P76 & P77 - Flat no :C -302

Dear Member,

 We would like to inform you about a development in our society that will benefit the entire community. In the interest of enhancing recreational facilities and fostering a sense of community, we will be constructing a Badminton Court at the podium parking level near the B & C wing area.

While this new addition will undoubtedly provide a fantastic recreational opportunity for all residents, it does necessitate some adjustments to our parking arrangements. In order to accommodate the construction of the Badminton Court, we will be relocating the podium parking to the current parking spaces available within the society premises.

The work for the Badminton Court Construction will start post monsoon. The Managing committee would be happy to meet you on 7^th or 8^th Oct 23,  to allot the parking space available from the common pool with the society.

Hi, 

I am happy to hear about about the new initiative by society to add badminton court. I will be ready to shift my parking place only if I have something similar or better location. I am one of the few biggest sufferers in this society as I booked 1501 in A tower which got cancelled after 3 years and I have to forcefully take a lower 3rd floor apartment looking back side. 

As all the premium parking are allotted , I will not at all go to some inferior location for parking. I am open to hear the options society is offering as a replacement. My representative Joseph will come and check on my behalf.

Hello , 

Further to inspection of my agent Joseph for the proposed parking against my current parking here are my comments. 

I refuse to consider any parking other then similar parallel parking on podium level below tower C or maximum on LG level. I am very surprised to see that you have offered 2 separate parkings at different locations below tower F. 

Why I will take that…!!!

I am surprised to hear that you have made a court in front of my 2 parking on the podium without my permission. I have clearly stated in my email on 4th October 2023 that I am not accepting the parking options that you have proposed as a replacement. This is a complete violation of interfering with my paid allotted space and I don't accept it at all. I want a clear and quick reply to my email.

Hello Anand, 

I have seen a video from my wife which gives some idea but not very clear as there was lot of confusion where exactly this 39,40 parking is. I am not sure that I am willing to change my parking but ok to have a look at what option you have to purpose. 

Can you please share a 2 new clear videos for : - 

      1) Starting from C tower ground floor lobby to reach parking on foot. 

      2) From entrance main gate to reach the parking 39-40. 

      3) Please provide the floor plan of the parking floor with a clear marking of these suggested parking spaces.

      4) Clear state that its on which basement floor.... above or below outside road level.

Please  be informed that Mrs Shringi had visited the society on 21st Dec and During her visit  we had a detailed discussion pertaining

to the Parking slots explaining to her the reasons behind the change of locations and the current location provided by us towards  your flat 

ie LG -39 & 40 which is a lower ground level. 

Post our discussion  she wanted to physically visit  & inspect the parking alloted towards the flat for her satisfaction, which was also organized by us by sending the security rounder to show her the parking slots.

 She had requested to put up specific slot no which was not visible and to send a copy of the same to her. The same was also done from our end the next day.

As per your request, we organized a meeting with the Managing Committee (MC) and your sister, Ms. Aditi.

 During her visit, she inspected the available parking slots and shortlisted the following options:

1. A Wing Podium - 18
2. UG - 58
3. UG - 54/55
4. UG - 96

She has finalised the above mentioned slots, of which 2 slots may be alloted. kindly confirm from your end so that we can reserve them
against your flat.

Dear Sir/Madam,

                   I am replying to confirm my agreement to accept the new parking space as per the discussions and recommendation. 

M/s Ultra Space Developers Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai had reserved on Podium, two single car parking spaces bearing No. P-76 and P-77 against my flat No. C-302 in “Insignia” Project situated at Kole-kalyan, Andheri, Santacruz (East), Mumbai. I have been using these parkings since allotment. 

 I was informed that a Badminton court has been proposed at the podium by the Society, due to which approach to my above two car parking spaces will be blocked. I refused the proposal, but Society went ahead and constructed the badminton court without my consent.  You offered me to accept any two car parking spaces from the following, available with the society, in lieu of my reserved parking:- A-Wing Podium-18,  UG-58,  UG-54 and 55,  UG-96.

My authorized representative, Ms. Aditi Shringi (who is my sister), visited the Insignia parking site on my behalf along with you. The above 5 available options of parking options were shown to her. She spoke to me and explained. I hereby confirm my acceptance and  give consent for allotment of the following two car parking in lieu of my earlier reserved parking:-

1.    A-Wing Podium-18

2.    UG-58

Please note that my acceptance is subject to the understanding that it complies with the rules, regulations, and bylaws of the society, as well as the applicable guidelines and approvals granted to the builder by the competent authorities of the State Government. I will not be subjected to any further movements/changes for parking in the future in this regard.

Request that you provide me with the revised parking allotment and ensure all records are updated to reflect this new arrangement.

It was nice to meet you yesterday at Insignia. Further to our conversation I will appreciate it if you can help me to arrange for my original parking allotment letter asap. 

It's been more than a year now and I will appreciate it closing in the next one weeks time please. I submitted my authorization letter to pass it to my agent Joseph last year. Also will you be marking my flat no of those 2 parking spots..???
