We would like to inform you about a development in our society that will benefit the entire community. In the interest of enhancing recreational facilities and fostering a sense of community, we will be constructing a Badminton Court at the podium parking level near the B & C wing area.
While this new addition will undoubtedly provide a fantastic recreational opportunity for all residents, it does necessitate some adjustments to our parking arrangements. In order to accommodate the construction of the Badminton Court, we will be relocating the podium parking to the current parking spaces available within the society premises.
The work for the Badminton Court Construction will start post monsoon. The Managing committee would be happy to meet you on 7th or 8th Oct 23, to allot the parking space available from the common pool with the society.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am replying to confirm my agreement to accept the new parking space as per the discussions and recommendation.
M/s Ultra Space Developers Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai had reserved on Podium, two single car parking spaces bearing No. P-76 and P-77 against my flat No. C-302 in “Insignia” Project situated at Kole-kalyan, Andheri, Santacruz (East), Mumbai. I have been using these parkings since allotment.
I was informed that a Badminton court has been proposed at the podium by the Society, due to which approach to my above two car parking spaces will be blocked. I refused the proposal, but Society went ahead and constructed the badminton court without my consent. You offered me to accept any two car parking spaces from the following, available with the society, in lieu of my reserved parking:- A-Wing Podium-18, UG-58, UG-54 and 55, UG-96.
My authorized representative, Ms. Aditi Shringi (who is my sister), visited the Insignia parking site on my behalf along with you. The above 5 available options of parking options were shown to her. She spoke to me and explained. I hereby confirm my acceptance and give consent for allotment of the following two car parking in lieu of my earlier reserved parking:-
1. A-Wing Podium-18
2. UG-58
Please note that my acceptance is subject to the understanding that it complies with the rules, regulations, and bylaws of the society, as well as the applicable guidelines and approvals granted to the builder by the competent authorities of the State Government. I will not be subjected to any further movements/changes for parking in the future in this regard.
Request that you provide me with the revised parking allotment and ensure all records are updated to reflect this new arrangement.
