1. Our letter of intimation for renewal/finalization of maintenance Contract.

2. Our Reminder 1 Letter Ref: FL - 20260424 - 13983844 dt. 25th Apr 2026 informing you that the validity of Contract would expire soon.

3. Our Reminder 2 Letter Ref: SL - 20260520 - 13983844 dt. 20th May 2026 , informing you regarding the necessity and urgency for renewal/finalization of contract.

We draw your attention to the above referred communications periodically sent by us and the various follow up calls made from our end, in spite of our best efforts, we are yet to receive your valued Contract renewal confirmation till date. We hereby request your response immediately on receipt of this letter so that we may have your valued Contract renewal confirmation. .
In the meanwhile, please note that upon expiry/lapse of the existing contract, the elevator shall be operated at your risk and cost and we shall not be held responsible for any damages, accident, injury, fatality to life and property, which may arise due to the improper functioning / usage of the lifts directly or indirectly.

Please note that in case of any delayed renewal after expiry of the existing contract period, additional charges to be paid separately for safety audit inspection, overhauling, replacement of parts due to wear and tear, theft, damage and/or improper handling of the equipment. Therefore we sincerely request your co-operation to release your valued renewal/ contract order immediately within 5 days from the date of this letter to avoid any disruption of services to your Elevator.
