Noted your email. Please note:
1. IIFL has cleared all due amount ie outstanding till 31st March based on all the demand raised to us by you. @Vinit: Please acknowledge and confirm.
2. Change of registered Email id was raised on 28th of march’ 2023 with Vinit, which has been acknowledged by him but it is under process as per him.
3. IIFL have received outstanding dues from Vinit (April’23 to September’ 23)in which there us some ledge amount mis-match Siddhesh and vinit are working to resolve this. Expecting a quick resolution on this from Vinit. @Vinit: Plz confirm that apart from this raised demand there is no other due.
4. Complete Paperwork along with registered agreement will be submitted to you within 2 days along with payment. Once the right demand is received we will process the payment internally.
5. For possession and handover, apart from paperwork and outstanding due – no other formality remains. Please confirm.
6. As confirmed by you that post payment of balance outstanding charges in all respect, you will hand-over the units and complete the possession formalities immediately within 1 Day.
Kindly acknowledge and confirm the same.

Further to our discussion in person today evening, please note the current outstanding dues of off all the units are as under:-
We shall be sharing the invoices & the statement of account by a separate email.
As mentioned, it's necessary to clear all the outstanding dues to get the possession of the flats.
Also, kindly submit the sale agreements of all the 7 residential units for Society records and complete the other paper work.

Your understanding is incorrect. The invoices were raised in advance before the possession commenced and the possession was given only when the invoices was cleared. In case of delayed payment of invoices, we have raised interest invoices as was approved by the general body. This has been enforced without exception.

We understand that these charges are applicable if the possession is completed and then the owner is not making the payment. We haven't yet got the possession so we suppose these charges are not applicable to IIFL.
