I tried to add the repository, but could not due to key error.

Dear Evan,

I have noted, that in Ubuntu bionic, you need to import the key before adding the repository. Formerly, it worked also the other way round. Please try the command sequence below (see also https://silentdynamics.de/en/oss-cae/#installation).

Regards, Hannes

$ sudo apt-key adv --fetch-keys http://downloads.silentdynamics.de/SD_REPOSITORIES_PUBLIC_KEY.gpg
$ sudo add-apt-repository http://downloads.silentdynamics.de/ubuntu
$ sudo apt-get update

Dear Evan,

did you already try to install "dirmngr"? ( please see https://answers.ros.org/question/264654/gpg-error-on-debian/ )

Hannes,

Thanks for the response, sorry about the delay responding. I did have dirmngr installed, but it seems to have trouble on the Windows subsystem, which I was trying to use. I have installed Ubuntu on virtual machine now and it seems to import ok.

Thanks,

Evan
