Hi,

I'm having trouble getting the insightcae-base to install on Ubuntu, any ideas?

dean@dean-VirtualBox:~$  sudo apt-get install insightcae-base
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

Dear Dean,

the message simply says that there was another apt process installing packages at the same time as you tried to install. This might have been the automatic system update process. Or e.g. synaptic running at the same time.

Just close all other programs related to package installation and try again.
